Shipping policy

Orders are processed in The Shop within 1-2 days. Orders will ship within 3 to 5 business days after your order has been received and processed. A tracking number for your order will be sent through the email address that you provide. Enchanted Florist & Gifts is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail by USPS or UPS. USPS or UPS with be solely responsible once the items have been shipped out.
